Responsibilities:

* Measuring and cutting rolls of carpet or vinyl orders in preparation for Installation and or inventory

* Processing daily incoming freight and materials

* Some light assembly and or dismantling of racks,displays or fixtures when needed 

* General clean-up and maintenance of warehouse and receiving areas

* Operation of a walk-behind fork truck, pallet jacks, and carpet dollies

 

Requirements:

* Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs

* Be a self starter with little supervision of job responsibilities

* Have a valid drivers license and transportation to and from work

* Smoking is not permitted in warehouse and receiving areas

* Insurance regulations do not allow anyone other then authorized personal in and around the warehouse and receiving area at anytime

* Any electronic devices in the warehouse and receiving area will not be allowed with out permission from the employer

* Cross Town Floors does not implement a dress code but personal hygiene and cleanliness is encouraged

 

Hours:

* Approximately 10-15 per week primarily after school and Saturdays.  Some flexibility and additional hours when needed can be obtained

 

Pay And Benefits:

* Starting pay @ 7.00 per hour

* No other benefits at this time
